Gary Brown has more than thirty years of experience in Information Technology, Professional Services and I.T. Consulting as well as sales and sales management. Mr. Brown specializes in recruiting executives and professionals focused in IT Professional Services including systems integration, application development and project management, as well as consulting and Business Process Outsourcing. Prior to joining Aegis, Mr. Brown had a thirty-three year career with the IBM Corporation where he held several executive roles in IBM's Global Business Services organization. He served as Southwest Region Vice-President of Business Innovation Services and as Vice-President of Operations and Strategy for the Telecommunications Industry Consulting and Services Practice in IBM Global Services. Mr. Brown received his B.S. in Mathematics from Oklahoma Christian University and his M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Nancy Caudill has been recruiting executives since 1984. Specializing in Information Technology (IT), strategy and management consulting, she has worked with companies in a broad range of industries, includ-ing strategic and IT consulting, healthcare, banks and securities, vendors and suppliers, consumer products, telecommunications, and utilities. Ms. Caudill has successfully led assignments in the United States and Europe at various, strategic management levels, from Chief Information Officers, Chief Technical Officers and Senior Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing, to Managing Directors, Partners, and Management Consultants with various functional and industry skills. She has been instrumental in building management teams for numerous corporations and management consultancies. Before forming Aegis Consulting, Ms. Caudill was a partner at Webb, Johnson Associates and served as a Principal in an IT recruiting firm in London, England. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Dante Sucgang has more than 19 years of experience in retained executive search, focusing on technology and operations. He has developed and executed research strategies on a wide vari-ety of assignments, including information technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer marketing, media and entertainment, management consulting, and general management. In addition, he has designed and led the development of databases for specific use in executive search. Mr. Sucgang has worked with a number of search firms including Johnson Smith & Knisely and Bishop Partners, where he was responsible for managing search assignments and reengineering of recruiting processes. Earlier, he spent four years as a Research Associate at Webb, Johnson Associates and he worked in the same capacity for Haskell & Stern. Mr. Sucgang graduated with an M.A. in Economics from Fordham University and has a B.S. in Mathematics.
